Content rules and reporting
Effective Date: 2026-10-25 | Last Updated: 2026-10-25
1. About these rules
These Content rules apply to everything that other people can see through Oktio.app: bio-link pages (including 18+ pages at 18.oktio.link), public media kits, public campaign reports, Oktio Verified pages and collaborations shared with brands. They form part of our Terms of Service. The Service is operated by KUKLIS Consulting s.r.o. ("we", "us"); our details are at the end of this page.
They also describe how we handle notices of illegal content and how we moderate content, as required by the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the "DSA"). Content is illegal if it does not comply with the law of the European Union or of a Member State. Content that breaks these rules or our Terms of Service may be restricted even if it is not illegal.
2. Content that is never allowed
Anywhere on Oktio.app, whether shown on a page, uploaded, embedded or linked, you must not publish:
- child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of persons under 18, including drawings, animations and content generated or altered by AI. We have zero tolerance: we remove it, close the account permanently and report it to the competent authorities;
- intimate images or videos of a person shared without that person's consent, hidden-camera recordings, sexual deepfakes of a real person, or tools that create them;
- offers or requests of sexual services for payment, escort advertising, or content connected with human trafficking or sexual exploitation;
- explicit sexual content (visible genitals or sexual activity) hosted or displayed on Oktio.app, in any image, video, avatar, cover, background or embed. Links to adult platforms are allowed only under the rules for 18+ content below;
- leaked or stolen content, pirated material, or anything else that infringes copyright, trade marks or other intellectual-property rights;
- fraud, phishing, malware, fake giveaways, or impersonation of another person, brand or organisation;
- threats, incitement to violence, terrorist content, illegal hate speech, or content that promotes suicide or self-harm;
- offers of illegal goods or services, such as drugs, weapons or counterfeit products;
- other people's personal data without a lawful reason, or false or manipulated statistics shown to brands.
3. Content for adults (18+)
Oktio.app does not host explicit sexual content. Adult creators may link to adult content only within these limits:
- 18+ links may lead only to adult subscription platforms on our list, which verify the age and consent of the people in their content, or to the creator's own website after we have approved it. The editor shows the current list. Every 18+ link is labelled 18+, and visitors must confirm that they are adults before it opens.
- 18+ page mode puts a creator's whole page on its own address at 18.oktio.link, behind a full-page age confirmation. Our other addresses (oktio.link, oktio.bio, oktio.me and oktio.app) never show 18+ pages.
- Suggestive images or videos (for example lingerie or covered nudity) are allowed only on an 18+ page, and only once our automated check of uploaded media is in operation; until then they cannot be added. Explicit media are never allowed.
- Only people aged 18 or over may use 18+ features, after a separate declaration in the app. 18+ features are free and never a paid feature, and Oktio.app does not process payments for adult content.
- Media kits, Oktio Verified certificates, campaign reports and collaborations never link to an 18+ page.
The binding conditions for creators are in the Addendum for 18+ pages
4. How to report content
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or contrary to these rules. You do not need an Oktio.app account.
- On a bio-link page: use the Report link at the bottom of the page. On 18+ pages it is also shown on the age confirmation.
- For any other content, or if you prefer e-mail: write to support@oktio.app.
So that we can assess your report, please include:
- the exact address (URL) of the page and, if possible, which link, image or other item you mean;
- a clear explanation of why you consider the content illegal or contrary to these rules; if you report an infringement of your rights (for example copyright), which work or right is concerned and that you hold it or act for its holder;
- your name and e-mail address, so that we can confirm receipt and tell you our decision. If you report child sexual abuse material, you may stay anonymous;
- your confirmation that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, call the police first (112 anywhere in the EU). Never download, copy or send us child sexual abuse material: send us only the address where you saw it. You can also report it to the police or to a hotline of the INHOPE network; in the Czech Republic this is STOPonline.cz.
5. What happens after a report
- We confirm receipt on screen with a reference number and, if you gave us your e-mail address, also by e-mail.
- A person reviews every report. We decide diligently, objectively and without undue delay, and we deal first with reports concerning children, intimate images shared without consent and threats to life or safety. We may ask you for more information.
- If a report concerns child sexual abuse material, we usually hide the reported item at once, or the whole page if the report names no item, before the review and until we have decided.
- A person decides on every report. The only exception is the interim hiding of content reported as child sexual abuse material described above: it happens automatically and lasts until a person decides. Apart from that, automated tools at present only recognise links to 18+ platforms; where automated means contributed to a decision, our notice of the decision says so.
- If you gave us your e-mail address, we tell you our decision and your options if you disagree. We do not tell the creator who made a report, unless this is strictly necessary to explain the decision, for example when a rights holder reports an infringement of their rights.
- Where information gives rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we inform the competent authorities without delay. We report child sexual abuse material to the Police of the Czech Republic and, where appropriate, to other competent authorities.
6. What we may do
Depending on how serious and how frequent a breach is, we may:
- hide a single link, image or other item;
- take a page offline;
- turn off 18+ features for an account;
- suspend some features or the whole account for a limited time;
- close the account. For child sexual abuse material, intimate images shared without consent, human trafficking or offers of sexual services, we close the account immediately and permanently.
A person decides on every measure. For 18+ features we usually follow the steps set out in the Addendum for 18+ pages. We take every measure diligently, objectively and proportionately, with due regard to the rights and legitimate interests of everyone involved, including freedom of expression. If someone frequently submits reports that are manifestly unfounded, we may, after a warning, stop processing their reports for a reasonable period.
7. Statement of reasons
When we restrict content or an account on the basis of a report, we send its owner a statement of reasons to the verified contact e-mail address of the account and show it in the editor; for other measures we also tell the owner the reasons. The statement states:
- what we did, where and for how long;
- the facts and circumstances, including whether we acted on a report or on our own initiative;
- whether automated means were used;
- the law that the content breaks, or the rule of our Terms of Service or of these Content rules, and why;
- how to ask for a review and which other remedies are available.
If informing the owner could hinder the prevention, detection or prosecution of a criminal offence, in particular in cases of child sexual abuse, we send the statement once the competent authorities do not object.
8. If you disagree with a decision
- Review by us: reply to our e-mail, or write to support@oktio.app, within 6 months of the decision. People who reported content can do the same if we decided not to act; we then examine the report again. Where possible, the review is carried out by a person who was not involved in the original decision; we reply without undue delay and change the decision if it was not justified.
- Out-of-court dispute settlement: where the DSA makes it available, you may turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the DSA. Consumers can also use the consumer dispute resolution described in our Terms of Service.
- Complaint to an authority: you may lodge a complaint about an infringement of the DSA with the Digital Services Coordinator of the Member State where you live or are established.
- Courts: you can always bring the matter before a competent court. Asking us for a review does not affect this right.
9. Points of contact
- For the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 of the DSA): support@oktio.app. You can write to us in Czech or English.
- For users and anyone else (Article 12 of the DSA): support@oktio.app, in English, Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, French, Italian or Spanish. Your message is read and answered by a person, not only by an automated system.

10. Changes and version history
We may update these rules, for example when the law or the Service changes. We inform users of material changes in advance, as described in our Terms of Service. Version history:
- 25 October 2026: first version. For accounts created before this date, the obligations these rules place on users take effect on 1 December 2026; the procedure for reports and the prohibitions that only restate the law apply at once.
